Mental Health

Support for adolescents experiencing emotional or behavioral health concerns.

Families may seek a higher level of support when symptoms begin to interfere with safety, relationships, school, or day-to-day functioning. Rise evaluates each adolescent individually to determine whether the program is an appropriate fit.

Potential areas of treatment may include mood, anxiety, trauma-related, behavioral, and other mental health concerns. Specific diagnoses and admission criteria should always be confirmed directly with admissions.

Substance Use

Adolescent substance use treatment with attention to the factors underneath the behavior.

Substance use during adolescence may occur alongside mental health concerns, family stress, trauma, school difficulties, or other challenges. Rise can evaluate adolescents struggling with substance use and help families understand an appropriate treatment path.

Admissions decisions depend on clinical need, safety, medical stability, and the program's ability to meet the adolescent's needs.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one clinical work based on the adolescent's treatment plan.

Group Support

Structured opportunities to learn, practice skills, and connect in a supervised setting.

Family Involvement

Parents and guardians remain an important part of assessment, planning, and transition.
