Keeping Information Accurate

Rise Adolescent Treatment Center welcomes reports of errors in our website content. This policy describes our approach to reviewing concerns and making corrections.

What to Report

Examples include inaccurate treatment information, outdated safety guidance, incorrect program or insurance descriptions, wrong contact details, faulty source links, and errors in author or reviewer credits.

Our Review Process

1. We identify the page and disputed statement and check the available supporting information.
2. Questions requiring clinical expertise are referred for review by an appropriately qualified clinician.
3. Confirmed substantive errors are corrected and the page’s update date is revised. A correction note may explain changes that affect a reader’s understanding or safety.
4. Small spelling, formatting, or link fixes may be made without a separate correction note.
