Speak With Admissions
Rise Adolescent Treatment Center is designed to provide adolescents and families with a supportive, structured environment where treatment can be individualized around the needs of each teen.
Rise serves adolescents ages 12–17 who may be struggling with mental health concerns, substance use, or both. Our goal is to create an environment where teens can engage in treatment while parents and guardians remain connected to the process.
We believe a smaller program can allow for more consistent relationships, closer attention to progress, and treatment planning that reflects the needs of the individual rather than a one-size-fits-all model.

The Rise setting is intended to feel welcoming and residential while maintaining the structure and supervision needed during treatment. The environment provides space for clinical care, daily routines, recreation, academics, and family involvement.
Professional photography and additional facility details will continue to be added as the program develops.
Our admissions team can talk through what your family is experiencing and help identify the next step.
